Contact: Corrections, Sources and Tips

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. A source link beats an opinion every time.

Short answer

Email corrections@reengine.net. Corrections with a source, tips about Capcom’s engine work and data we can check are all welcome. There is no form and no ticket system, so nothing you send is stored in a database. We cannot help with game bugs, mod support or requests for engine files.

Key points

  • Corrections first: send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a source if you have one.
  • Tips and data are welcome, especially anything published by Capcom itself.
  • We cannot help with Capcom game support, mod troubleshooting or engine files.
  • Email is the only channel. There is no form, no phone number and no postal address.

What to send

Corrections are the most useful message you can send. Give us the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one; a link to a Capcom page, an investor document or a dated article is enough. If the correction is right, the page changes and its updated date changes with it. If you spot an error in our explainer of the RE:2026 announcement, that is exactly the kind of message we want. Write to corrections@reengine.net.

Tips work best when they are specific: a Capcom job listing that names engine tooling, a conference talk we have missed, a technical interview, a store page or an age rating. Anything with a date and a link is worth sending. Data is welcome too, particularly search-volume exports with the region and date range attached, because a number without a pull date is not usable. If something is confidential, say so in the first line and we will not publish where it came from.

What we cannot help with

Some requests arrive here that we cannot answer, and it is fairer to say so than to leave you waiting.

  • Game support. Bugs, crashes, lost saves, refunds and account problems belong to Capcom or to the platform holder, not to us.
  • Mod support. We explain how modding works at the archive and loader level, but we do not troubleshoot installations or host files.
  • Engine files. There is no public SDK, and we do not distribute RE Engine, any part of it, or anything that bypasses anti-tamper or licensing.
  • Release information. We cannot confirm unannounced games, dates or features. If it is not in a Capcom statement, we do not know it either.
  • Messages for Capcom. We are unofficial, so we cannot forward anything to Capcom or put you in touch with a developer.

What happens next

Corrections are read by the people who write the site. If a correction changes a page, we reply to tell you. A correction with a source is checked first. A message that can only be settled by a Capcom statement may sit until one exists, and we will say so rather than guess. You will hear from us if a page changes because of what you sent.

We do not run a newsletter, so your address is not added to a list, and we do not share it with anyone. The privacy page explains what happens to an email after it arrives, and the about page covers how corrections are recorded. The address, once more: corrections@reengine.net.
